What we take / What we don’t take

A rule of thumb for plastic is to always keep them clean. Simply rinse out milk packets when you finish with them. These covers are also worth more without left over foodstuff!

Plastic is a material that can only be “down-cycled”, or made into lower grade plastics. For example, a plastic bottle may become a cheap bucket but it can never be remade into another good bottle. This is a shame because we make plastic out of valuable petroleum.
